Penis enlargement is not as easy as it may seem.

You'll have to perform the exercises almost every day in the months to come, and you'll have to stay committed and focused on your goal. Once you've done that, with your thumb and forefinger circle the base of your penis and squeeze just enough to feel pressure but not as much as to cause pain. Now start moving your hand towards the head of your penis with your fingers firmly wrapped around it. When you have reached just below the head of your penis with one hand circle the base of your penis with the other hand and repeat the motion. Alternate hands. You'll see that it resembles a milking motion. As you move your hand towards the head of the penis you'll notice it starts getting bigger and have a more powerful red color. This is normal and in fact, that's what you're after, blood being forced inside the penis on all it's length. Continue the milking motion for about half an hour. If you feel your hands are getting tired it's OK to take a break. However, if you notice you have a full erection stop and wait for the erection to subside. When you have finished milking your penis should feel warm, tingly and a bit bigger than normal. What you feel are the tiny broken down cells in your penis. Overnight they'll have time to heal. It's a good idea to repeat the warm up after you have finished exercising to relax your penis. Oh yeah, almost forgot to tell you that you might not be able to have an erection in the first few hours after exercising, that's because your penis is tired... literally and he needs time to rest and recover. The good news is that after this has passed you'll enjoy a fuller erection. So all is for the better. Here you go. That is the most used penis enlargement exercise. It's wasn't so tough was it?
