So I guess you might end up with a football in your pants. Another nasty effect of the injections is that you might lose the penile sensitivity.

  4. Implants can be inserted inside the penis, along the corpora cavernosa. The saline implants have taken the place of silicone implants. You will get growths in both length and girth. However, to achieve an erection the man who was fitted with the implant will have to press the groin area. The groin will become the control panel for the pump inserted inside the penis.
