Don’t think that it’s painful, but unlike jelqing, it involves the pulling of the penis. As I said, I will be revealing an advanced enlargement technique called stretching. For videos of the stretch I suggest you visit Penile Fitness. You want to be in a standing position. Put one hand behind the head of the penis and put the other hand around it to support it. Pull your penis forward while you lean back. Without feeling pain, you should feel tension. When you have reached the maximum tension, hold the position for ten seconds. After the 10 seconds have passed release the tension and repeat the exercise. Perform 10 repetitions of the stretching exercise. You can pull in different directions so that you’ll find which is best for you. You can experiment with doing the stretch while sitting on a chair. That way you’ll have the edge of the chair as a reference point. I can’t stress enough the fat that it is better if you get involved in a penis enlargement program.
